Refund & Exchange Policy (if applicable)
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. We will accept back any item that is within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange. Also, refunds can only be given as store credit in case there is.
Please send it back to the address below and include a note with your order number and email address letting us know it is for a refund or exchange.
Postage costs for returns or exchanges sent to our address must be covered by the customer. We will cover all postage costs mailing back to customer for exchange, in case of our mistake.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or return. As long as it’s unworn, in new condition and free of odor there should not be an issue. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will to your registered account on our site. Note, shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
For Exchanges: We would then mail back to the same address on file for the order the replacement items at customers expense.
False Claims
False claims regarding defective pieces will result in the piece being returned to the customer, at the customer’s expense. All are items are inspected before shipping out and we are strict about false claims.
Items purchased using a discount code/ or some sale items
Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit only. NO REFUNDS. If items on sale are marked as No Refunds, No Exchanges, they will not be eligible for store credit as well.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges, gift cards and store credits are non refundable and non transferable.
Returned/Refused Order
If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a 10% restocking fee.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on all of our products. Return qualifications apply for any and all exchanges. We are not responsible for any shipping costs on any exchange. We will cover all postage costs mailing back to customer for exchange, in case of our mistake.
We will process your exchange and ship your new item(s) out when your old items are returned and qualified. Please allow 2-3 days for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped out.

I receive a defective/ wrong product
We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at contact@votcclothing.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

I forgot to use my discount code
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

@votcclothing is our only verified page on Instagram and @votcclothing on facebook. If any page other than @votcclothing (instagram) or @votcclothing (facebook) is tagging you saying you’ve won a giveaway it is a scam. We do NOT do cash giveaways! Any page posing as VOTC Clothing (Victory On The Cross) asking for any personal information including cash app or bank account info through DM is a scam. Please do NOT respond!

When will my order be shipped?
We process most of our orders within 24 – 48 hours excluding weekends. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.
For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?
USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.
Shipping Address Issues
VOTC Clothing (Victory On The Cross) WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.
Delivery failed
If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies by our fault, you will be completely refunded.
If your delivery fails and contains a sold out item we will invoice shipping fee to reship your order to the updated address if requested. Alternatively you can receive a refund for the cost of merchandise as a store credit.
Why is my order still in “Pre-shipment”?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order’s label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment
Oversold Items
It is uncommon but under the unfortunate circumstance that an item has been oversold and we are not able to ship said item with your order you will be refunded for the missing item and the remainder of your order will ship. If your whole order consists of that one item you will be refunded shipping also.
Urgent Processing
Urgent processing guarantees that your order will be processed before any general orders from that date. It does not guarantee a faster delivery time. ________
Is my shirt Men’s or Women’s sizing?
All shirts, sweatshirts, hats and hoodies are unisex sizings.
Price Changes
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted.
