Shipping policy

Delivery

Most orders are shipped within 24hrs after order is received. All orders are shipped with USPS (First Class Mail or Priority Mail). Most orders get delivered between 2 to 5 days.

Always free shipping for orders over US $99.

All orders are shipped with a USPS tracking number sent to customers through sms text and/or email address provided at checkout.

Processing

Once we receive your order, please allow 24-48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.

Skip/Rush Processing (This option allows your order to be printed first, processed first and shipped first. However, this does not affect the shipping time. USPS controls the shipping days but usually delivers within 7 business days).

Purchasing

Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone and email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost. Victory On The Cross offers the following shipping methods: USPS First class and Priority Mail which delivery may take 2-7 business days depending on the shipping method.

Shipping

Yes, we ship to everywhere in USA! Please allow 2-7 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings and apartment numbers are very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Victory On The Cross IS NOT responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our warehouse and tracking number sent to our customer, and package in the hands of the USPS, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE PACKAGE and it is solely the responsibility of the customer to track the package and ensure they are available for delivery times.

Most orders are shipped within 24hrs after order is received. All orders are shipped with USPS (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail) or UPS (SurePost or Ground). Most orders get delivered between 2 to 5 days.

Refund & Exchange Policy (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. We will accept back any item that is within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please send it back to the address below and include a note with your order number and email address letting us know it is for a refund or exchange.

Postage costs for returns or exchanges sent to and from our address must be covered by the customer. We will cover all postage costs mailing back to customer for exchange, in case of our mistake.

Please keep your tracking number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it’s unworn, in new condition  and free of odor there should not be an issue. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card. Note, shipping costs are not eligible for refund.

Also, in the case where customer provided wrong address or insufficient address where carrier is unable to deliver to address and package sent back to us, customer will pay for the full cost of shipping (our shipping costs at checkout at time of purchase is subsidized) back to them. If failure to do so and a refund is requested by customer, the full cost paid at shipping by us (not the one paid at checkout) will not be eligible for refund.

For Exchanges: We would then mail back to the same address on file for the order the replacement items after customer have paid the cost of the return shipment.

FAQ

“When will my order be shipped?”

Orders are packaged and shipped Monday – Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24hrs, however during periods of high demand please allow up to 2-3 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on weekends and holidays do not begin processing time until the next business day.

“I received an email saying my order is on the way, nut the tracking number says my order is still in Shorewood. Can you please help me with this?”

As we print invoices, we also print shipping labels. When customers orders are printed, a tracking number will be emailed immediately. The tracking will not update until USPS has your package and has processed the package in their system.

“My order says delivered. but I haven’t received anything. Please advise”

Once packages have left our warehouse, tracking is sent and in the hands of USPS, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF THE PACKAGE. In most cases, USPS has marked the package delivered before it has actually been delivered and customers receive their package later in the day or next day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to be sure your package is not trying to be redelivered by USPS. VOTC Clothing is not responsible for lost. stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. However we will work with you in the investigation with USPS to resolve the issue.
